By using PEAK ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. What PEAK is

PEAK provides AI-assisted cosmetic skin analysis and skincare coaching for entertainment and personal-development purposes. Scores and suggestions are subjective cosmetic estimates, not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on PEAK for health decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use PEAK.

3. Subscriptions (PEAK Pro)

• PEAK Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a weekly or yearly plan.
• Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
• Any free-trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Use PEAK only for yourself and lawfully. Do not upload other people's photos without consent, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse it.

5. Your content

You keep rights to your photos. You grant us a limited right to process your selfie solely to produce your analysis; it is deleted immediately after (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PEAK.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
